Ordering:
You can order online for domestic (U.S./Canada) and international orders.
When purchasing with a credit card select the product, size and quantity that you need and follow the processing and ordering instructions. Once the order is processed an email confirmation and invoice will be emailed to you.
You can also order our products directly from Fisher Scientific who is a registered distributor of our products.
Contact us directly if any of the following applies to your order:
- You need to purchase large amounts/quantities of our products
- You need to ship on your company's UPS or FedEx account number
- You need to ship the products internationally via Purchase Order (we do ship internationally)
- You need to place an order via Purchase Order
Shipping Methods:
All domestic orders for the U.S. and Canada can be shipped by FedEx Ground or FedEx 2 Day.
All International orders can be shipped by FedEx International Economy.
Returns:
You have 15 days to return the product from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your product back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
